This Privacy Policy explains how PathASI (the "App") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the App, related websites, support channels, cloud AI features, RevenueCat-powered purchases, and other services provided through the App.

1. Summary
PathASI is an AI-era alignment app with Note, Daily Card, text Dialogue, text Meditation, and Payment surfaces. The App can help you capture thoughts, use text AI dialogue, preserve important meditation statements, and manage Pro subscription or supporter-rank status.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your notes, dialogue, meditations, or transcripts to train our own machine-learning models. We process user content only to provide requested features, operate the App, keep the service secure, support billing, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account and authentication information
The App may create or use an anonymous or signed-in session so the service can identify your usage, keep user-owned data separated, support purchase restoration, prevent abuse, and show your own status.
- user ID, anonymous ID, authentication token metadata, and account activity timestamps;
- email address if you contact support or later use an account feature that asks for email.
2.2 Notes, meditations, dialogue, and transcript content
When you use Note, Meditation, Dialogue, transcript popup, or related save features, the App may process and store notes, goals, commitments, tags, favorites, meditation text, dialogue transcript turns, AI-generated dialogue output, timestamps, ownership metadata, and sync metadata.
Some content may be stored locally on your device first and then synced to Supabase when the App is configured and authenticated.
2.3 AI context and personalization data
To make Dialogue more relevant, the App may provide recent notes, important meditation statements, recent dialogue turns, and compact personal-memory signals to the configured AI service. This context is limited and truncated by the App before each request.
2.4 Billing, RevenueCat, subscription, and supporter information
The App may collect and store billing-related information, including RevenueCat App User ID, selected product or SKU, Pro subscription status, supporter purchase events, cumulative supporter amount, supporter rank, rank history, entitlement state, purchase, restore, refund, chargeback, and webhook reconciliation metadata.
We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers in the App. App stores, RevenueCat, or other payment providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy policies.
2.5 Device, diagnostics, security, and support data
We may collect limited technical and support information needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the App, such as app version, platform, operating system, device type, network request metadata, IP address, approximate region, timestamps, crash logs, error logs, API status, latency, abuse-prevention signals, support messages, and attachments you choose to send.
3. How we use information
- to provide Note, Daily Card, Dialogue, Meditation, transcript, and AI features;
- to create or refresh user sessions and authenticate requests;
- to store and sync user-owned notes, meditations, and dialogue history;
- to process Pro subscriptions, supporter purchases, restores, refunds, and billing support;
- to calculate and display supporter rank, rank benefits, and billing state;
- to prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized access;
- to troubleshoot errors, monitor reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable, we process information based on contract performance, your consent, legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, and compliance with legal obligations including accounting, tax, consumer protection, and app-store requirements.
5. How we share information
We may share information with cloud backend and database providers, AI model providers, RevenueCat, payment providers, app stores, analytics, reliability, security, support, email, legal, compliance, or safety recipients only as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-app behavioral advertising unless we update this Privacy Policy and obtain any required consent.
6. International data transfers
The App and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. If you are located in Korea or another jurisdiction with cross-border transfer requirements, information may be processed by cloud, AI, payment, analytics, or support providers outside your country as necessary to provide the App.
7. Data retention
- local device data is kept according to local App storage and removable by clearing App storage or uninstalling the App;
- user-owned notes, meditations, and dialogue history are kept until deleted by you, deleted through App features where available, or deleted through a verified deletion request;
- account/session, billing, entitlement, refund, tax, security, diagnostic, and support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed or required by law.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, data portability, or information about data sharing and international transfers. Contact gnsoftech7@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
9. Account and data deletion
To request deletion of your App account/session data or personal information, email gnsoftech7@gmail.com with the subject line "PathASI Account Deletion Request." Please include any email address or user identifier connected to your App use, if available.
When we receive a verified deletion request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account/session unless we must retain certain information for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcing our agreements.
10. Children
The App is not intended for children under 14 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe a child under 14 has provided personal information through the App, contact us so we can review and delete the information where appropriate.
11. Security and third-party services
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted network transport, backend access controls, authentication, row-level access restrictions where applicable, and separation of public client settings from provider secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The App may use third-party services for backend hosting, authentication, databases, AI models, RevenueCat billing, app stores, analytics, diagnostics, and support. Those services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
